Defective 9500 Non Pro?

I opened a new 9500 non pro box and installed the card. When put computer on, the screen is filled with dots and lines, like the card crashed or something.

No driver was ever installed because i can't since the screen is so blurry. However when i reinstall my older video card, its works perfect..

Do i have a defective card?

you might have a defective card.

did you uninstall all of the drivers and software for the old card before installing the new 9500?it could be a conflict.

do you have another machine you could try the 9500 in?
