After reset the system (WindowsME) boots up with a lower speed as set in BIOS. Only when system is shut down and starts it will boot up with 1.2@1.33 and is working ok. Which air-cooler can be used as best, because temp is over 50C

not sure about the bootup errors. The best hsf's are the Swiftech MC462A which is the best, but is $80, or the Globalwin Cak38 which is slightly worse, but only $36. After that, you run into all sorts that give similar results(WBK38, FOP38, Vantac FOP38 clone, Taisol monster Hsf w/ delta, PEP66T, etc.). The CAK38 is the best bang for the buck. On your bootup errors, all I can think of is that Win ME wants to not read something from the bios. But that is it, that is really odd. Have you tried to flash to a newer bios?

Yes, i updated the BIOS to 051101, the latest. COLD start and rebooting gives errors, thatīs a bug in the MSI MOBO. Iīve read something about it. With warm start it reboot ok.
Cooling my AMD is still a big gggggggggg problem, itīs runs on 1,70V and 1264Mhz and temp is about 55/60C. Nothing to about that. I tried better coolers but the only thing you get is a lot of noise.
I wait untill itīs fried ..... KILL AMD, ITīS TO HOT FOR ME

Have you tried a peltier of watercooling-something dont sound right-it shouldnt be that hot at only 1.7 volts-maybe you are underclocking and that is the problem

If i set al the settings in the BIOS my AMD1.2 is still hot, up to 53 degrees. I am using a heatsink compound (silver) and a coolermaster, but still to hot to handle.
