novice question for the smart folks..

I just got a 1.0/266 Axia 0115 and did the unlocking deal. Think I did it alright, but not sure. I have a KT7A-Raid and have the bus going at 145mhz with 512PC133. The multipliers on the board will not go above 9.5. The options to go up to 12 is there, and when I select anything above 9.5, it will automatically boot only at 9.5. Anything below that 9.5 is attainable though. I can only do a little overclocking because I'd rather not deal with HSF noise, which means I have a Thermaltake Volcano II. Can anyone give advise as to how to get those higher clocks? Or did I just improperly unlock the thing.

P.S.-Consider my low end fan, and PC133 RAM, what do you guys think I should be able to milk out of it? The best I got so far was the 9.0x X 145. Yet to try 9.5 X 145, and have yet to do a good burn-in. Thanks so much!!
