I am considering to buy this as an "upgrade" from my Tnt-2.
My friend says it is like nvidias version of the all-in-wonder.
What i want to know is Is it good for gamin? It has 128mb ram,
5600 cpu. Also does anyone have this card??
Thanks for the help!
The FX5600 is a so-so card... it's slower than the gf4 ti4200 while at the same time being $50 more expensive. I'd seriously reccommend either spending $50-$60 less for a ti4200 or $50-$60 more for a radeon 9700. The radeon will be much, MUCH faster than either card and the image quality will be awesome too.

I'm lookin on Newegg.com right now, and i was wondering..
Does the maker of the card have anything to do with the performance? I realize that parts used will be different, but i'm
willing to spend up to $140 or so.

I found the Albatron Ge Force 4 Ti 4680 Ultra
Do you think this would be a good card for gaming?
Let me know spacifics on what you would reccomend for my price/
etc. I have an Asus A7v8x-x mobo with XP2000+ Cpu. DUnno
if that helps.
Sure, it's a good card and overclocks very, VERY well, but I don't think it's worth $150. Do you plan on overclocking? If you don't, remember that this Albatron is exactly as fast at stock speeds as any other ti4200.
No, cards by different manufacturers are exactly the same speed if they run at the same clocks and have the same specs. Some overclock better than others, though.

Found the 9600 Pro and was wondering..
Would this be better then the ti4200? Same Price range so thats
not a problem... 8x AGP, 128ddr, made by Powercolor?
Never Herd of them.. Any good?
It would be slightly slower than the ti4200, but it would be compatible with DX9 and would be faster if anisotropic filtering or FSAA were turned on.
Powercolor's cards tend to be very hit-or-miss. I've heard that some of their cheaper cards are underclocked and thus slower; you might want to stay away from them just in case.
