Unless you're in a hurry, wait until the end of the month. I believe I read that there will be another AMD price reduction at that time. Perhaps to coincide with 1.4G release. Otherwise, they are currently going for $195 plus shipping on pricewatch.
There are so many good HSFs out there to choose from. It's hard to recommend one lately. The GlobalWin CAK-38 seems nice, as well as the soon-to-be-released ThermalRight KL-6 or whatever the number is. Lastly the new Taisol CGK7600092 looks like a nice bet, with a more powerful fan.

There is a list of recommended heat sink and fans (HSF) on AMD's website. Many sites have a heat sink roundup every few months that gives a comparison of the current models, Global Win and Alpha usually have a pretty good showing. Then you use pricewatch.com to check prices.
