Bridging the L1's

So what would happen if one or more of the L1's wasn't completely bridged?

Sorry if this is a lame question but I gots to know.

Very simple: U can't change the multiplier!

a lot of people have just had wierd results when that's happened. like certain multipliers working, and others not... or some working, and then stopping.. all sorts. just get 'em connected the first time! :)

My effect: after bad penciling L1 I could get 6.5, 7.5, 8.5 etc, but not 7.0, 8.0, 9.0 - it didn't boot with these settings
Then I got softer pencil, redo marks and all started to work ok.
