Updating BIOS

Just got my Chaintech 9PJL mobo today!!!!Hooked up everything and got on the internet and checked Chaintech's site and there was a updated bios. So I went through the steps to update the bios and the AGP/PCI asych/sych. disappeared!!! I noticed a few things were in different places also(no big deal) but I can't find where to lock down the AGP/PCI clock now Will I have to download the old bios and do it again???

Somebody--There's gotta be a way to reset to the original bios???
