Okay, my system's unstable. I've got a 300w Antec PSU. It's running a 2500+, a GeForce2 MX400, 512MB PC2700, a hard drive, a CDROM drive, two 80mm fans, and a 92mm fan. The motherboard is an Epox 8K3A+.

My question, I guess, is are those super low voltages even possible, or are they inaccurate?

The 5V and 12V rails look fine. I'd say it's just innacurrate.

A Fortron/Sparkle 350W or a Antec Truepower 430W would be a nice step up.

Yes i'd say the same. Since the 5v and 12v lines look good, i don't think the PSU is causing system crashes. Maybe your memory settings are too tight or something.

That be the symptom of incorrect hardware reading - are there any other "voltage standards" under the MBM5 voltages menu?

might also look in mobo BIOS to see if it reads voltages and such.

well i can't get it to read my voltages right either (i have a 8knxp) just disgreguard the - volatage readings.

Is your comp overclocked?

Depends on the Antec 300W. My old PP303-X only made 10A on the 12V rail. If yours is this type it's likely overloaded. If you have the newer SL300 variant it might be up to the task. You need to put a voltmeter on the supply with the machine in operation and note idle and cpu-loaded voltages independant of the motherboard's sensors.

I was thinking it might be the PSU because the computer mostly crashes when it goes under load. Like playing a video game. Everything in the computer is running at stock.

then it could be your ps, that screen shot is taken at idle right?

Right.
