I can hit 400 easily by boosting the voltage up to 2.4 , but if I try for 450 , my vid card wont work! it would only be a 100mhz FSB , and pumped voltage to 2.5 , and i deas? temps at idle are 40-41 C for 400mhz , I could check at 100% load yet , I will try though. My cooler is a CoolerMaster Supersize Socket7 cooler DFI mobo SiS 8meg video card , Linux Mandrake 8.0 , Maxtor 8 gig , no sound , creative cdrw 8x4x32x WHY WONT THE VIDEO CARD WORK AT 450?

i've run 112*37 at 2.8v with good results.
where are your other settings?
do you have good cooling & paste, hs/f lapped?
i use a K6-2 450 AFX at 560mhz, it's only 30-32* max of 38* @ 2.8v

i don't think these chips are great, especially w/video.
i do think i'm lucky with this one tho, alot of ppl get nothing out of em'.
look in the cpu database for like chips, and observe any settings that seem common among them. also, i noticed a difference between the AFX and AHX coded chips.
i dunno if this will help you, email me if ya need anymore clarification.
