What is the best memory (brand / speed) to use on the KT7A-Raid mobo w/ 1.2 TB 266 CPU when wanting to overclock?

I'd go with some sort of PC-150 (CAS 2) or above...

I recommend Corsair...

Its worth remembering however that PC-150 is not a actual standard it is only 133mhz RAM tested to run that high and failure to run that at that high speed does not 'mean' that the RAM is defected or that you can get a refund. I personally recommend Crucial CAS 2 as it it very reliable and good value for money, DDR ram I would not currently suggest as the price is not worth the small performance gain over standard memory

Yeah i would personally go for the Micron/Crucial CAS2 pc 133 memory cos they rock on abit boards and you can go a lot higher with them than with any other memory.

Have you run comparison tests against other brands of memory? Joe has some good articles on this on the main page
