athlon 850 will only run at 765

please help i have an athlon 850 that will only run with the fsb at 90 if i raise it any higher it will startup in windows and then freeze

Yeah that is weird. I would send your mobo back and check the chip on another mobo.

What´s the Mobo you are using?
Please tell us about the voltage settings u are currently using

Send it back-no board or RAM i know of ever runs at 90FSB at least 100 but not 90, that is a problem-RMA it.
