Is that card pretty solid? I would assume it is. Look a'ight.
I also assume I can get the windows xp/2003 drivers off realtek's site and not have to spend an extra buck or so to have the CD sent with it too?

Yes, you can download the drivers from Realtek's website, but I doubt you would need to unless your running windows 95.
Realtek is a VERY common chipset on network cards, and just about any operating system will have the drivers for it already.

Neweggs shipping is awful I bought 2 stick of memory and so far it has gone 3500 miles and isnt at my house yet. I live in Wi thats about 2300 miles away. I am amazed that fedex is still in business. It was by chicago and it shipped down to texas. Are you kidding me?
