Sapphire 9800np question

Ok. I read here (http://forum.oc-forums.com/vb/showthread.php?s=&threadid=230541) that the sapphire is going to be a better card than the retail one at best buy, but my question is why is this card so cheap compaired to all the other flavors of 9800np's on newegg? Do you really get your money's worth by spending more money compaired to this card?

I'm really thinking about dropping a few bills on this but i wanna be sure i'm not going to be ****ed off when i get it. (of corse almost anything's gunna be better than this old 8500 pos).

For one, I'm pretty sure the sapphire card only carries a 1 year warranty, as opposed to 3 years with Built By ATI cards.
