I highly doubt it. With no current running through your board, the chance of arcing across traces is nill. When they make boards they do have a slight coating applied which protects the solder points and traces from the moisture in the air amoung other things....

BUMP- I doubt that youll form any moisture much less water, standing on the board less you got a way hot cpu and a real cold cooling method! Like watercooled peltier ona 1gig + tbird. You shoudl be OK
