what fans push most CFM with least noise?

I am about to remove my 5 92mm Delta screamers and my 80mm Delta on the HS and replace with 2 120mm fans intake /outake and a quiet 80mm for the AX-7 I am using.

what is out there? I have been using these noisy things for years. I think it is time to quiet them .

The evercool aluminum fan pushed a good 80cfm and is under 30db. I use one, and it is very quiet at 12v and silent at 7.
