Ok, I'll cut right to the chase...

First, please refer to my specs below to get an idea of my system.

My A-data DDR500 is running at a 1:1 ratio. I want it to run at 275mhz or higher. Unfortunately I can't seem to get past 272 or 273mhz, and I know I could, except that it seems to be impossible to run more than 2.8 vdimm. If I go higher than that, my computer will freeze sooner or later. Usually sooner.

Here is what happened when I tried different things:

At 272fsb/2.8vdimm: No apparent errors on memtest or games.

At 275fsb/2.8vdimm: Errors, but no freezes.

At 275fsb/2.9 and 3.0 vdimm: Games freeze after 2 seconds. Memtest freezes in two minutes.

At 273fsb/2.9 vdimm: memtest freezes after about an hour.

The timings are at 3-5-4-4 and it made no difference attempting 3-8-4-4.

Any ideas what might be causing this wall? Advice is appreciated. :)
