What speed 200 or 266 - Help!

ok am lookin at buying a AMD 1ghz with a Abit KT7-Raid board
Now what speed should i get the 200 or 266 version
I do plan on overclockin it also what sort of over clock am i to expect using air coolin.

From what I've seen the 200 versions do just as well as the 266 versions. No reason to spend the extra money. I have both 200 and 266 versions of a 1200 and they seem like the same chip. They both can go just about as fast as the other.
