Has anyone modded their poly top?

I have some blue LEDs and thought they would look cool accenting my Cascade. I would'nt alter the block itself but rather place them near enough so it would make it stand out in my case. Any thoughts on this one?

I have seen a mod where someone drilled holes in a poly top about half way through it and set the leds in it. It added a bunch of wires but did look pretty good.

I would'nt have the heart to drill this Cascade. That would be like defacing a work of art. I was tinking of hot glueing the LEDs under the block on the MB, and running them in series off the CPU fan header.

or you could just a piece of scotch tape and tape it on the side of the water block. Color will be consistent because tape is clear, and removal would be easier than if you were to hot glue it.

Good point. I wired one of the blue ones and it gets a little hot. I'm scrapping this idea because I want it to run rather than look cool.
