I think this should have been posted in the Motherboard section, but take a look over there, I have posted a massage about this chipset, with a link to a review. The post is here: http://forums.overclockers.ws/forums/UltraBoard.cgi?action=Read&BID=4&TID=7664&SID=23099
Take a look there, and I think ur question will be answered

The A is better, it is guaranteed to work at at least 133 mhz FSB, the E is only guaranteed to work at 100 mhz FSB, but it has been known to overclock to 133 mhz FSB quite well. The E is cheaper though, so its all in what u want, and if you want to risk it not working at 133 Mhz FSB.

the kt133e is not a performance choice for an overclocker. it's a value-oriented chipset, and doesn't even have 133fsb support as mentioned above. get the kt133a if you're going with an sdram chipset.

Kt133A=offical 133Mhz FSB support
KT133E=un-official 133MHz FSB support.
