yes all AMD thunderbirds that are 1.2ghz and above are unlocked that i know of but just to make sure look on the chip where it says L1 and if it looks like this :::::: then its locked and you have to bridge the dots but if they're already connected your golden and you can overclock all ya want

My 1.33Ghz AVIA was locked. Maybe it's because mine was AVIA... I don't know. But not all 1.2Ghz or higher are unlocked.

If you want to make sure it is unlocked, get the 1.3/200 Tbird. I believe, for the same stepping code, they are identical to the 1.33/266 internally, they just have the bridges coded for people who want to run them in KT-133 motherboards. the difference in price is a psychological thing.

My 1.333 GHz, 266 fsb AXIA came locked.
My 1.2T-Bird (266) must be unlocked as it overclocks and i didnt touch it.Just a little to much arctic silver 2 on it and had to whipe the crud off with a cloth and turned me cpu silver, but apart from that didnt do anything to it and got it to 1.41 now and stable...

Last week-end, I saw a 1.2Ghz 200Mhz T-bird with only one(the first one) of the 'L1's cut. I thought it was a fluke, but perhaps not. More AMD weirdness.
