I have an AMD slot a 700mhz. My board allows adjustment for the cpu configuration 133,112,100, etc. It is running 100 right now. If I change it to 112 or 133 that means the cpu will run 112x7 or 133x7 right? My question is how much more cooling am I gonna need for each speed. All I have right now is a Golden Orb and no case fan. Will I need to just add case input and exhaust or will I need more?

You are correct 133*7 = 931 MHz and 112*7=784 MHz. As to cooling more is better. Try the faster speeds and if you hang then you need more cooling. Sometimes if you are not going for huge OC then what you have will work. I suspect you can get the 784, but not the 931. Though, I would recommend an exhaust case fan at least.

What will I have to do to get the 931?

What are some good case fans? Are Enermax Thermo Cool case fans any good? And also, is there a better way to oc than changing this setting? These are the only jumpers I have, the rest is controlled by bios. I have an ami bios with a via kx133 chipset if it helps.

I know Enermax makes a great Power Supply but didn't know they made fans. I never heard of that other brand. Panaflo is one of the favorites for good airflow without a lot of noise. I have a Sunon 120MM mounted on lower front of my mid-tower via a PCV duct and a dryer sheet filter. It lowered my temps about 1.5 to 2 deg C. Heat is to overclockers as rust is to fine machinery. Airflow through the case is imperitive to a good result. I reccomend a product called 2COOLPC +. It has a 92MM fan with a plastic twin outlet duct attached which directs air at your cards and your CPU while setting up a smooth trasition of airflow towrds your exhaust. http://www.2coolpc.com/ .
