happens to me most times i cold boot.. which isn't that often cos my computer's on so much.. but i'll boot, and then my cpu speed on my mbm dashboard will read 1500-1900mhz.. i just have to hit update cpu speed in the system tray and it goes back to normal. it's just a bug.
