L6 and L7 bridges?

I've seen some guys recommending to close L6 and L7 bridges as well as L1. I took a look at these bridges on my 1.33 AVIA and some of those bridges are cut. What do these bridges do and should I close them?

since you have a 10x133 chip you should not have to worry about the default multiplier or the default voltage should be 1.75volts. Just don't cross the bridges or you get crazy errors. look at anandtech for the issue with Kt133a boards article it explains it all!!!
