Bit KT7A-RAID Motherbard and 3Com Ethernet card don't work!!!

Abit KT7A-RAID Motherbard and 3Com Ethernet card don't work!!!

I bought a 3com ethernet network card (model 3C905C-TX-M) two days ago. But this card does not work with the above mentioned motherboard. Card is recognized by windows xp but when ý connect the network cable, no result. Red cross mark does not vanish on the icon. I am using latest drivers.

Have you verified that the card works in another system?
