The first one appears to be an overclocked stick of PC-2700. It runs at Cas3. The second is listed as "True" PC-3200 running at Cas2.5. All other timings are the same.

Be very careful when dealing with these folks. Here is their reseller ratings...

the reason i ask is because i recently traded some watercooling parts for the ram in the 2nd link. i wanted to purchase another of the same type.
