Ok first off dump all the stuff you are going to get for £100. Rounded cables are for airflow tweaking junkies only, flat ones do just fine. Coolermaster = expensive++, get a ThermalRight SK7 and a Tt Smartfan II from www.tekheads.co.uk. will kill the Aero 4 for cooling.
HD coolers aren't needed, buy an adaptor kit to fit it in a 5 1/4" drive bay.
System exhaust blower - if it's a flat thing, forget it. Normal fans do fine - 2 for about £10. Motherboard cooler - nah. Also, don't bother with RAMsinks as they just suck - put lots of airflow over the RAM and it will be fine.
Motherboard: Abit NF7-S £90
CPU: JIUHB stepping 1800+ from pclincs.co.uk £45
PSU - not a place to go cheap on, go with a £50 350W fortron/FSP
Case: Chieftec dragon if you can affor it - it r0x0rs.
HD: 80Gb WD
Id advise against buying anything from tekheads, their customer service is non-existant. See my thread in vendor discussion.

For a nice cheap case I really like the Antec SLK3700AMB. Its very sharp looking, comes with a 350w PSU but best of all are the 2 120mm fan mounts and the hard drive grommets to reduce noise. A real bargain:

If you want a case without a PSU this is internally the same case as the antec and it comes without the PSU:

I agree on the Fortron PSU recommendation. Best bang for the buck around.

Have a look at the PSUs on www.scan.co.uk - that's where I got my 520w Hiper Power, and it's really powerful! (And it was only £50)

The only thing I would change is get an SK-800u and some 80mm fan i fyou can afford it... or maybe that new swiftech HS...
ESP on the PSU, mobo, case, everything to drop. 1700+ is ok if you have a cheaper/same deal from another place.
