Best 3pin fan controller available in the UK?

Like the title says, I'm in the UK, I want to get a simple, but good speed controller for my 3-pin case fan. Temp controlled would be good, but manual is no problem, recommend one of each please =)

And, where do I order them from? Recommendations, warnings...
