raid turning its self off

When I leave my computer on for more than a few hours the raid turns off or fails or something is there any way to fix this im used to turning my computer off but if I want to run a program for a long time or at a LAN it would be nice to fix this problem

o ya sorry its on a gigabyte ga7vrxp motherboard
not oced
its on 2wd 80gig 7200rpm
not sure what controller its with the mobo
What is the Err it gives it dosent give an err it just rebotsand stops at raid and said its off lineill have to take a pic of it next time it happons
