Asus P4C-800 dlx or IC7-max3?

I want the best board which will handle insane overclocking speeds...which board should I grab up? I looked at reviews for both of them and they seem to be neck and neck. Also, whats the absolute best heatsink i can get for a P4?

The Max3 currently has problems booting with a vdimm of 2.85 or greater. Until it is fixed I would choose the P4C-800 E.

were you reffering to the P4C-800 E or the P4C-800.. theres a significant difference.
