IM using a WBK38 HSF.
I took of the delta and put on a cheap 80mm. I now only get 1300 stable.
Im thinking about getting a panaflo 80mm with 39.5CFM 32 dba 2950RPM.
Would thisget me back to where i started with the delta? It does have more CFM.
Thanx
The 90% stable part needs work IMHO. I wouldnt consider it a good O/C unless it's 100% stable. I'd put the Delta back on.
Yep, I agree with TT120: A overclock isn't a good one before the system is a 100% stable, so get that noise-maker on ur heatsink again!

No arguement here. When you need to move air through a typical air cooled sink, the Delta is still the cream of the cream in 60mm fans.
Try and use some of the noise reduction techniques, discussed in this forum and on the front page over tha last week. I have one going as I type this, it is in a tower, with sheetmetal in excess of 1.0mm in thickness..this does help.

What I can't hear you! What? the Delta is turning you on!!! LOL.
seriously put the fan back on if you can take the noise.

What about that pnanflo i mentioned?
It has more CFM and is a frick load quieter.
Wouldn't it make my T-bird a little more stable since its almost 40CFM compared to 38CFM?
