Alright just re-built my new system (already rma'ed one NF7 for the same problem)
Specs:
Geil 512MB (2*256) PC 3200 in slots 1 and 3
amd 1700+ (DLTC3)
Abit nf7(obviously)
Radeon 9500 Pro
SB Live 5.1
SLK-900 with 92mm fan

Alright set the whole thing up check for shorts and i get No video post and no beeps whatsoever. I have rebuilt this and tested known good video and processors. I had the same issue with my last board so i figured the AGP was dead...any ideas what might be wrong or what i might have done...

Hey bud..........start with only the MoBo 1 stick of mem and the video card .........and then work from there.........also I would try another video card just to get the system up and runnin.

i am having a simular problem getting mine to power on aswell.
it goes on sometimes... once i get it started no problem... but if i OC to high and cant post, its hard to get it started again.

DDR33/PC2700 test ram
ati 9800np
barton 2500+

doing some tests to find out what the deal is

DDR250/PC4000 is my other stick
variuos PCI/AGP cards to test.
Only have the Barton (primarly an intel may)

Any info i find out i will share.
think it has todo with primary display being PCI and not AGP as BIOS default

problem i mentioned, cant power up after overclock...
BIOS 18 fixes that.
But i still say the board is a little hard to post the 1st time
