planning on upgrading

im looking for a cheap upgrade to my gainward geforce mx440, im seriously looking at the msi geforce ti 4200 (older version) as it overclocks very well, will i see that big of difference to merit $75, anyone have a better suggestion? thanks

it will be a good upgrade
personally though, I am sticking out for a DX9 ATI card
It all depends how much you are willing to spend and how much you actually need an upgrade.

good thought really - the ti4200would be a good deal - pending on how much u like to play the latest games.
