My 2500+ barton will not do the 9.0 Multiplier. Is this locked out of the 2500+ Bartons, cause I can do every other multiplier without any problems. If I chose the 9.0 Multiplier my chip defaults to 166x11.

here are my system specs:

DFI NFII Ultra Lan Party
Athlon 2500+ Barton
.....AXDA2500DKV4D Z314217280889
.....AQXEA 0331RPMW 1999 AMD
OCZ PC4000 1024 MB Dual Channel DDR Kit Gold Edition (2x512)
ATI AIW Radeon 9800 Pro
K7 Volcano 11+ Xaser Edition
Not using the SATA function
Enermax EG651P-VE

Yes everything was set to manual. I wanted to have the FSB set to 200 and the multiplier set to 9.0 so I could get 1800 (for more bandwidth). I do plan on overclocking, but it buggs me that I can't use something :).

So why not 250 x 8 instead of 200 x 9.

250 x 8 is 2.0 GHz. Bartons can do that....

lol I'm sorry, But I tired setting my FSB to 250.... And it cost me a week of waiting for a new BIOS chip.
