First of all...thanks to all of you for your advice/input. I was able to suspend a the fan off the original hsf that was shipped with my duron. My temp has gone down...averaging between 41/43c...(full-load around 47-49c)YES..message getting into my brain..."Get rid of the ORB"!!...I will be changing to Globlewin hfs's. I guess i could be the first one on my block to have an ORB paperweight!!! So, how significant of a drop would the Globalwin make? Anyhow, i am still working on it...doing alot of research...and so far.... i am really going to enjoy my journey into the "WORLD OF OVERCLOCKING"...and of course with the help from all you guys......Thanks again.......

Too many people knock thermaltake orbs I use a superorb on a Tbird 850 oc to 1010 and with a couple of exh fans and a good intake fan my temps under full load 100% cpu usage for extended periods of time NEVER go above 44c my idle temps drop way down to 33c everyfan has to be used diff apparently with the orbs you have to evacuatr the hot air effectively and quickly! Also had a Duron 800 running 1030 mhz and my temps were only about 3 deg or so hotter I think that had to do with the smaller die Durons use.

good heat sink and fan is only half of the battle, you need good air circulation in the case; get some good 80x80 fans like... one in front sucks air in and one blows out in the back. That will make a world of difference. I even have a 80x80 fan on top of the CPU heat sink. My system 800 duron @ 137x7.5=1028mhz would never go higher than 40C, full load of prime95.
