Even I have read the OC forum for a long time, this is my first post.

I just set up a computer: NF7-S 2.0 + XP1700+ 0310. But this question is for the PS. I bought the FSP350 from Newegg (I bought everything after recommendations on this forum, thanks, all). At stock, the BIOS and MBM5 read 12V line at 11.49V. At 200x11, it is down to 11.45V. I haven't finished Prime95 test yet (fearing to lost power due to Isabel). Is this normal? Should I RMA the PS?

Just list the setup here, I will put them in my sig. :)
Setup: Chieftec black dragon (steel), NF7-S 2.0, XP1700+(from excalib), SK-7 & TT SF2, 2x512M buffalo BH5(from newegg), 2 optics, 120G HD, Floppy, 4xPanaflo low & side window fan & PS fan

I just switched over to a NF7 from a MSI KT3 (kt333) board. On the MSI board, my 12V line was about 11.95 constantly. On the NF7, it is at 11.5V, even at stock speeds in idle conditions. I wouldn't worry about it.

MBM5 also shows my CPU voltage is 0.05V lower than BIOS setting, but the memory voltage 0.05V higher. I set them 1.65 & 2.7, read 1.6 & 2.75. But compared to the 12V line, they are small. Maybe I should just ignore those software readings unless they are ridiculously low or high.

Good plan - they aren't accurate anyway for showing PSU voltages. Multimeter works much better :)

This makes a bit of sense. My enermax 300W +12 lines drops from +11.8 to +11.19 when i clock my 1700+ JIUHB 0310 to 2.14ghz. A lot of ppl say this boards draw +12V to supply CPU, I guess that's true
