Man, from now on, I am never gonna believe anybodys claim for game release until I see it in my hands. Last time I checked when you tell someone yuor gonna do something and then decide not to....thats lieing. But now its called, marketing, hype, product positioning, etc...

Forget it...it seems that most of my time is spent waiting for games instead of playing them. Might find another hobby.

While I'm at it I'll throw in the other popular line, "gfx don't matter, its gamplay" just in case the discusion ever moves towards graphics.


I'm a little tired of the optimistic release dates that always get pushed back. Its done when its done is a much better release date IMO. Somebody should email a dev and ask if its the extra NV3x coding that is causing the delay to satisfy my curiousity;)

Ack damn... As far as my pc gaming goes I've been eagerly wishing to get my hands on deus ex 2. Any idea of any games coming out this fall that might be be worthwhile? (I've haven't kept up on releases)

I agree with teh n00b. All games should have a when its done release date and only be announced a month or so before projected release.

Thanks to the delay, maybe I'll actually have my shiny new NV40 or R420 video card when this game is released :rolleyes:

though im not to sure about Deus Ex 2....

in a preview it said it had augs that could let u *eat* someone so to speak, to regain health.... these things are a bit to dark/sinister or summat for me to think of DX then...
