Overcloking TBird 1000 MHz

Hi. I have a TBird 1000 MHz & mainboard MSI KT7Pro-2a. I try to overcloking but .....i didnt accomplish nothing. Olease Help ME . I buy a FOP 38 (Global Win) for cpu cooler. My RAM is in 133 MHZ and 6 ns.
