Decent mouse around 30 bucks (i think)
My brother uses one and he seems to like it. I havent used it much, but from what i have, it feels ok.

Once in awhile a MX500 (http://www.monarchcomputer.com/Merchant2/merchant.mv?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=M&Product_Code=230130) goes on sale for $35, sometimes they have rebates on them as well. (seen them for $28 after rebate)

Its a great gaming mouse. The Razer Boomslang is also a legendary gaming mouse but its not optical, and they break easily.

Keep an eye out for a MX500, you will love it for gaming.

i agree with silversinksam, the mx500 owns...i had one, lost it to the cat(she just had to chew it up..) but about the optical blue...leave it alone, it's not very comfprtable, it does react well but doesn't have the right feel in my opinion, if you can opt for the mx500 if not the optical blue will be the next best choice, well, that i can think of now

Intellimosue explorer 3.0a is around 35 bucks, and fits to hand NICELY, i personally liek the feel 10 times better than mx500, but thats all personally preference. Go to BB or some lcoal store and see which mouse feels best, then get it :).
