are you running your ram in sync with the fsb?

and what are your memory timings.

Ram setting are just on auto (default) i havent changed them.

and i believe im running in sync isnt 400 1:1 ??

If the ram's at 400 it's not in sync... it should be at 480. (your fsb is at 240, right?)
