I been using AMD for 2 years and moved back to intel.

These are my current settings

FSB:240
DDR:400 (1:1)
Vcore:1.57

Everything else so far is deafult or auto.
System running at 3.36ghz i have watercooling

What would you recomend for a more aggresive o/c
would like to hit 3.5-3.6 if possible.

Cpu-2.8c

I'd watch my memory. You've got it maxed out. I would knock it back to 4/5 and press on with the FSB increase. I've got the same type RAM and crashed it at around 430, you've got yours to 440. Im slowly working my FSB up with the RAM kicked back to reach maximum for the CPU, then I'll dial it back and see how far I can push the RAM. I run Prime 95, SiSandra burn-in, MEMTest 86 and both 3DMarks between dials to ensure stability. i hit Prime errors with the last bump and am now slowly working the voltage up to stabilize where she's at.
I'd watch the RAM MHZ.

your ddr400 is at ddr480 right now, so if you did a 5:4 ratio or even a 3:2 ratio you should be able overclock a lot better.

btw what kinda watercooling setup you got?
