I have the Gigabyte VIA KM266 GA-7VKMP mATX Motherboard

AMD Athlon XP 1700+ Thoroughbred /266 FSB Processor CPU 1700+/ 1.47GHz

CORSAIR MEMORY 256MB PC2100 VALUE SELECT. DDR RAM

im trying to make my second pc I put everything together but when I click on the power button all I hear is 3 long beep they keep repeat ting if don’t turn power off no video at all is there anything i can do ?
 
Think its vid card with 3 beeps either that or memory, sorry cant remember. Anyway make sure the vid card and DDR are seated properly and also try shifting the DDR into another slot.

I know for sure is not the video card that mobo have on board video + I used a good working video card to make sure I try the ram in both slots but same problem im not sure if is the ram it self I don’t have another one to test with but I hope is not the cup
