Need help on doing EB trick with WCPCREDIT

I have a friend with seriously excessive idle temps. I need to know how to do the EB trick with WCPCREDIT so he can lower his temps. What column/row is the hex located?

Register 52. It might not stick to EB, but anywhere near is good. EA, EC come to mind. ED too, I guess.
