A quick question about Wireless Access Points.

I have a wired network now on a Linksys 8 port router. Can I just plug an wireless access point into one of the ports and go wireless ?

You shouldn't have any problems doing so.. I would set it into Ap bridge mode and turn off dhcp on the wap and allow the router to hand out the ip's (if you're using dhcp).

You might have to plug it into the "Uplink" port, as opposed to one of the other 7 ports. Should be port 1. It'll say in the manual what you should do.
