can somebody explain timings to me?

what do the numbers mean? like whats the difference between 2-3-2-6 and 2-2-2-6 ....what does each digit mean and whats considered fast?

But generally, these settings have to do with wait states for the memory, and the faster your memory can run, the faster your system will be. Like most things in life, the higher quality the memory is, the faster it can generally be run.

One is how long you get to make memory zappiness. One is how long you wait between unzappy and rezappy. Umm One is Ummmm... *mumbles*

The lower is generally better but it is not the same what is that is lower. For example 2-3-2-6 will be significantly worse than 2-2-2-6 while 2.5-3-3-6 won't be any worse than 2-3-3-6, in general.
The order I am talking about is CAS-TRCD-TRP-TRAS.
