Well that is a good setup. Do this up the FSB till its unstable, then up the voltage by 0.5 to make it stable again. Once you have gotten to the max stable FSB, start upping the muliplier until its once again unstable-then back it down by 1 notch and that should be your OC, until you get better ram or cooling of the cpu-you gotta remember to unlock the chip if its not already

Check out my rig, pretty much identical. I first started my overclocking journey by using the jumper on my MIS m/b to change the FSB to 133mhz. I acheived 1.333 mhz right off the bat. I am currently using a beefy heatsink and 32cfm fan of unknown brand and 4 case fans and I am able to keep temps down in the low 40's idle and 45c load. After many little mods, I have gotten a bit over 1.45 ghz, pretty good for my first AMD machine. Since we has the same M/B combo, I can probaly help you the best I can, My pleasure to help another AMD fan, but just watch out, it gets addicting, I am adding watercooling next week.

Well, I have a K7T Turbo also, and I have a question for you guys. Where in the BIOS do I change the multiplier. I have the fsb set to 140 right now, but I can't find where to change the multiplier. Thanks
