I've got a P4C800-E Deluxe (see stats in sig) that seem to have probs when I up my memory speed.

I'm running at 266 FSB so my 2.4 processor is at 3.196 and stable - and I run at 54C max. (Latest CPUZ reading: http://joshua.com/cpuz2.htm).

Oddly enough, my RAM is only running at 175 (see CPUZ) but I have brand new Kingston Hyper-X PC4000. I've tried running it only at a 4:5 ratio (320 mhz), and loosened all the clock settings but I can't boot up like that.

Does anybody have any suggestions?

(Fyi... I know the ram says PC3200... see this Kingston review for details... http://www.extremeoverclocking.com/...X_PC4000_4.html first paragraph of conslusions.

Thanks!

I think it may say that because of the ratio you are runing, i may be wrong but i have my fsb set to 235 at 1:1 ratio and CPUZ says
mine is 235.

Don't know if your really getting the fullest out of your mem at a 3:2 ratio
