M7NCD Pro question

I have an M7NCD Pro, and bought a XP1700+ T-Bred B, could someone give me the specs for OC'ing it on this board to a XP2200+, I know it can be done, but everytime I try it shuts off, and I have to clear the bios and start over, any help would be appreciated, I have 2x512meg Crucial DDR2700 to back up this OC

Start out low and slowly work higher

Go back to the default settings. Note what they are. Then start adjusting the fsb slowly higher. After each adjustment run prime 95 or 3d mark to verify that the system is stable. Once the fsb is as high as you want to go then slowly adjust the multiplier again following the same procedure. Also let us know the specs your at now and we'll be able to help more. Better info = Better answers.
