For the Kingston HyperX pc3200 1gb dual packs, you can find the following part numbers:
KHX3200K2/1G (with timings 2-2-2-6)
KHX3200AK2/1G (with timings 2-3-2-6)
It is my understanding that the "A" indicates the use of winbond ch-5 whereas the other with tighter timings uses bh-5. Do you think Kingston still has bh-5 chips to play with or have they just not got around to changing the numbers? FWIW they still sell these as separate products on their website.
