b4 buying one of those board I would like to hear your suggestions about these two and which to buy.

8rda+ vs 8rda3+ ??

The 8RDA3+ officially supports 200fsb and has vdd adjustable in bios from 1.6 to 1.8 to 2.0
Your better bet for hitting 230 is with the 8rda3.
You'll need to remove the thick thermal tape they use with the Northbridge and replace it with some better thermal adhesive like artic silver or alumina, to hit 230 will prob also need to cool the Mosfets with some small ramsinks.
