Best air cooling for IC7 Max 3

Can anybody provide a link to a list or tell me what is the best air cooling that can be installed on an IC7 Max 3 using the P4 retention bracket.

I change CPUs too frequently to want to consider an Alpha or a Swiftech.

Or you could go with the SLK947-U by thermalright... it has metal clips that attach to the plastic socket housing. I'd recommend the SP-94 or the SLK947-U over all other heatsinks.

Edit - don't try to acquire an SLK900-U, it won't clear the plastic shell on the MAX3. SLK947-U is a redesigned version and the fins clear the shell by 1mm.

I have to agree with Substratus on this one. I have the slk947u on my max3 and it works great. I bolted mine in, but you can use the retention clips. I would just remove the heat sink if I move the computer. Its very heavy.
